The Caribbean Caravan Reloaded 2025, one of the most prominent luxury tourism events of the year, has been officially incorporated into the annual action program of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO). It will take place on April 22 and 23 in the cities of Buenos Aires and Córdoba (Argentina), immediately following WTM Latin America, which will be held in São Paulo from April 14 to 16. In this way, April is consolidated as a strategic month to generate and strengthen relationships and partnerships between key destinations and tourism professionals in Latin America and the Caribbean.

A Luxury Event in Argentina

The Caribbean Caravan Reloaded 2025 will take place in April 2025 in the cities of Buenos Aires and Córdoba. This exclusive gathering will bring together approximately 70 leading luxury travel agents, Virtuoso advisors, and segment operators in Argentina, establishing itself as a key networking platform for promoting Caribbean destinations in the region.

After five successful editions, the Caribbean Caravan is being relaunched with a renewed focus on the luxury segment, offering a unique experience based on an interactive roundtable format. Travel agents will rotate through the exhibitors’ tables in 20-minute rounds, allowing for a personalized approach to the Caribbean offerings. Additionally, the event will include a welcome breakfast and an exclusive lunch, creating an ideal environment for interaction and the establishment of lasting business relationships.

Elsa Petersen, CEO & Founder of EM Marketing & Communication, highlighted: “We are very proud to organize the Caribbean Caravan Reloaded 2025 and to have it included in the official CTO program. This achievement underscores the importance of the event as a bridge between Caribbean destinations and the Latin American luxury market. Argentina, with its key cities of Buenos Aires and Córdoba, will be the perfect setting to strengthen these ties and boost tourism in the region. Furthermore, we are planning future editions in different parts of Latin America, expanding the reach and impact of this initiative.”
